My Creative Mentor programme is a 6-12 month package within which I am able to deliver a flexible mix of creativity training, coaching and mentoring.

How it works:

After an initial observation and ‘get to know you’ session, I asses what input I think you need and tailor how we work together accordingly. The programme will start with initial sessions to set creative foundations on which to build. Throughout the programme each team member is coached in order to optimise their individual creative style. Team Coaching is an opportunity to shape and align creative styles and roles to ensure the team works as effectively as it can.
