Sam I Am

I have been a creative all my working life - and possibly even before then. Perhaps one day I will tell you about my creative awakening with a magic colouring book at the age of 5. It isn’t safe for work.

My career has led me down a path to become a seasoned, experienced trainer, coach and facilitator. 

I have a Fine Art degree and I am a qualified art teacher. Driven by a habitual, impulsive and obsessive need to be creative, I embarked on a long career as a graphic designer - eventually running my own boutique brand development agency in which I was fortunate enough to work with some amazing companies including global record labels and international blue-chip companies.

I started to specialise in designing and writing content for Learning & Development, Training and Team Building companies. I developed an increasing love of delivering training and facilitating team experiences myself. 

We may have met before. I have worked as an associate trainer for a long time and have represented companies for over a decade at exhibitions such as the CIPD Learning & Development Show, The World of Learning, the HRD show and many more. I have even designed an award-winning stand at the CIPD show in Olympia. 

I make no bones about being ‘me’. I don’t pretend to hide behind a corporate ‘we’. If you hire me, you get me. You get the fingerprint of my rich and varied experience. You get my energy, you share in my vision to help people discover what it means to be creative at work and to learn the joy that brings when they make a positive impact in your business.
