I have coached all kinds of people through a range of situations for over 12 years. My experience covers varied sectors from new-generation media companies through to major blue-chip organisations, high-street brands, public sector organisations, land management and facilities, transport and automotive multinationals.
I’m equally comfortable coaching people that are brand new to a role (possibly even in their first job) or seasoned board-level professionals at the top of their game.
There is no agenda to my coaching - other than a set of pre-agreed, but fluid outcomes. I don’t subscribe to the conventional coaching continuum model and although my preoccupation is for you to draw your own conclusions and take action, I will (with permission) unapologetically speak my mind if I believe it would be helpful in the process.
Having worked as a creative for my entire career, I know equally well the challenges that creative people face and the challenges that working with creative people can bring.
I have a particular interest in coaching creatives through common issues such as creative block, burn out and the pressures of being creative ‘on tap’. This also enables me to offer leaders unprecedented insight into getting the most out of creative people and how best to support them.
