As a facilitator of Think Tanks, I play many roles; the encourager, the critical thinker, the advocate, the friendly provocateur, the sceptic or the inspiration. Here are some ways in which facilitated Think Tanks can help:


Thinking for You

I can guarantee that your ideas will be better than mine. Not that my ideas aren’t good, but you haven’t thought of them, so you don’t own them. In these situations, I think for you until you feel bold enough to build on my ideas and be fully on board with new concepts, learning how to grow your eventual ideas and implement them. I’ve led you to water and made you drink.


Strategy / Direction

I can act as a sounding board in strategy and direction meetings, offering an objective opinion and a fresh perspective. Where needed I can step in to help ideas flow where conversations have stagnated, become singular or over-focused in one direction.

Values are increasingly important. How do you develop your values and ensure that they align with your customers and work force? How do you engage people in values? How do you express them? How do you know customers have seen your values at play? These are all questions I can help you answer.
